WestMARC (West of Scotland Mobility and Rehabilitation Centre)

WestMARC (West of Scotland Mobility and Rehabilitation Centre) is an NHSGGC Service serving over 42,000 active wheelchair and prosthetics patients.

Services provided at WestMARC include:

Wheelchair and Seating Service which provides wheelchairs and children’s buggies, with postural supports if required, to people requiring wheeled mobility that are living in the West of Scotland.
Prosthetics Service which measures for, manufactures and fits artificial limbs for adults and children with amputation or limb absence.
Environmental Control Service which provides services to patients within NHSGGC, enabling people with severe disabilities to independently control their home environment.
Clinical Gait Analysis Service which supports patients with complex gait problems by integrating the assessment and planning of medical, therapy and orthotic interventions.
